Four stages

Find what fits where you are.

Every fertility journey moves through familiar stages. Each stage has its own needs. We have organised the Miyuka range so you can quickly find what supports you at this moment — rather than having to figure out which supplement does what.

01
Before pregnancy

Preparing the body

The three months before conception — or before an IVF cycle begins — are when the eggs and sperm that will become your baby are being made. The nutrients you take now directly shape their quality. This is the most important stage to focus on, and the one most patients underestimate.

02
For her cycle

Preparing the lining

In an IVF cycle, your doctor uses precise timing to prepare your uterus for the embryo. The lining needs to grow thick and well-fed. These products support that preparation — some by direct hormone replacement, some by improving blood flow to the uterus.

Note: Some products in this stage are prescribed by your doctor. They are shown here for information only.
03
After embryo transfer

Supporting the first weeks

After your embryo has been transferred — and through the early weeks of pregnancy — your body needs progesterone to keep the lining stable and to tell the immune system not to disturb the pregnancy. In IVF, your ovary often cannot make enough on its own, so your doctor supplements it.

Note: All products in this stage are prescribed by your doctor. They are shown here for information only.
04
Through the journey

Continuing throughout

Some nutrients stay with you the whole way. Vitamin D, for example, matters before pregnancy, during preparation, and continues to be important for you and the developing baby through pregnancy. Always continue under your doctor's guidance.

How we work

Three principles, every formulation.

The right dose

The dose that research actually used. Not a fraction of it, not a bundled trace in a multi-ingredient tablet.

The right form

Fat-soluble nutrients as softgels. Water-soluble as sachets. Form determines whether the dose actually reaches your cells.

Only what you need

No filler ingredients, no marketing add-ons. One job per formulation, done well.

Why we exist

"Patients shouldn't need a medical degree to figure out which fertility supplement to take. We organised Miyuka the way you actually experience your journey — not the way pharma usually sells."
